一：進(jìn)口食品境外生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的在華注冊信息在哪里查詢？我想了解一下 進(jìn)口食品境外生產(chǎn)企業(yè)在華注冊的 信息比如：俄羅斯輸華冷凍雞肉企業(yè)及7家冷庫企業(yè)的在華注冊信息，在哪里查詢。

二：去年中國海關(guān)發(fā)布公告稱，從2021年1月1日起，所有向中國出口食品的境外生產(chǎn)、加工和存儲企業(yè)都需要在中國海關(guān)Z署 (GACC) 注冊和備案，而再次之前，僅部分高風(fēng)X食品（如肉類、魚類、乳制品和嬰幼兒配方食品）的生產(chǎn)商有注冊義務(wù)。那么怎么注冊呢？

三：于境外生產(chǎn)企業(yè)注冊涉及產(chǎn)品類別及商品編號查詢？進(jìn)口食品境外生產(chǎn)企業(yè)注冊涉及產(chǎn)品的類別與相應(yīng)商品編號（HS編碼）、檢驗檢疫名稱（檢驗檢疫編碼），可登錄注冊系統(tǒng)查詢，查詢方式：首頁菜單—產(chǎn)品類別查詢。

四：關(guān)于注冊編號標(biāo)注及包裝標(biāo)簽標(biāo)識？2022年1月1日起生產(chǎn)的輸華食品，應(yīng)當(dāng)在輸華食品的內(nèi)、外包裝上標(biāo)注在華注冊編號或者所在國家（地區(qū)）主管J批準(zhǔn)的注冊編號。

五：關(guān)于進(jìn)口食品境外生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的進(jìn)口申報

2022年1月1日起啟運的輸華食品，在進(jìn)口申報時應(yīng)在報關(guān)單“產(chǎn)品資質(zhì)”項下“進(jìn)口食品境外生產(chǎn)企業(yè)注冊”證書欄（許可Z類別代碼519）規(guī)范填寫該企業(yè)在華注冊編號。在實施2020版申報項目的海關(guān)申報進(jìn)口食品，應(yīng)在“其他企業(yè)”項下的“其他企業(yè)類別”欄選擇“進(jìn)口食品境外生產(chǎn)企業(yè)”，在“編號或企業(yè)名稱”欄填報該企業(yè)在華注冊編號。未按要求規(guī)范填報的，海關(guān)不接受申報。

六：我什么時候可以申請注冊？

答：2021年11月1日海關(guān)Z署已經(jīng)正式啟動了進(jìn)口食品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)注冊系統(tǒng)，目前運行良好，眾多企業(yè)已經(jīng)注冊成功并拿到在華注冊編號。請注意，這里的截止日期是指可以開始申請注冊的時間，并不是海關(guān)Z署248號令生效的截止日期，您仍然需要獲得在華注冊編號。自2022年1月1日起，沒有在華注冊編號的食品企業(yè)將不能向中國出口食品。對于已經(jīng)到港或是快要到港的食品，而生產(chǎn)商又沒有在華注冊的情況，我司可協(xié)助快速注冊解決，歡迎來電洽談。
